- Login to Insightly.
- Click on the person in the circle at the top right of your Insightly window.
- Select “User Settings”.
- Click on Notifications.
- Make sure all check marks are selected (as seen below).
- Hit the “Save Notification Settings” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Then select the “Following” option.
- Make sure all check marks are selected (as seen below).
- Hit the “Save Following Settings” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
