- Open Avaya Cloud Office Web/Desktop Client, https://app.cloudoffice.avaya.com, on Chrome sign in with your RCRG email and password you created for the portal.
- Once opened click on Messages Icon on the left side of the screen:

This is where you can start a conversation within the company.
- In the messages you have a space with all the messages, direct messages, Teams and Favorites.
- If you would like to create a Team chat with more than one person in the message, click on the three dots.

Click on the button “Create Teams”
- You can then name your team all the members you would like in your group and adjust permissions accordingly.
