How to Message on Web/Desktop Client

  1. Open Avaya Cloud Office Web/Desktop Client, https://app.cloudoffice.avaya.com, on Chrome sign in with your RCRG email and password you created for the portal.
  2. Once opened click on Messages Icon on the left side of the screen:

This is where you can start a conversation within the company.

  1. In the messages you have a space with all the messages, direct messages, Teams and Favorites.
  2. If you would like to create a Team chat with more than one person in the message, click on the three dots.

Click on the button “Create Teams”

  1. You can then name your team all the members you would like in your group and adjust permissions accordingly.
