1. Logon to the NetExtender (if away from the ARC).
2. Log into CS-Akron via Internet Browser like Chrome/Edge/Brave/Firefox.
3. Click on Audio Finder.
4. Use the “Search Audio” box to look up the day and station. MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU are the day codes immediately followed by the station code 5(WONE), 6(WQMX), 7(WAKR), 9(WNWV). Examples: MO9 is a VT for WNWV on Monday. SU6 is a VT for Sunday on WQMX.
5. Click on to “Stop Date” (in light blue) twice to gather the most recent VTs recorded.
6. Change “Results” to 50 or use next to find the relevant tracks.
7. Review the data from the “Media Asset” and the “Stop Date” columns to confirm the VT is current & correct. They are in no particular order so you’ll have to hunt them down.
