1. Go to this part of the board and select the Prod C Profile.
2. Pot up Mic 1.
3. Make sure to have the Phone 155 pot on and up.
4. Have the Excalibur pressed in to make sure audio is going through the board.
5. Check the volume level on the physical phone is up when you dial/ have an incoming call, to be sure it’s loud enough for Adobe Audition to pick up the caller’s voice.
